Default 1999 Nissan Pathfinder LE Questions

I just bought a 1999 Nissan Pathfinder LE, black exterior with gray leather interior. Truck runs great and really love the car. Now, I wanted to change/fix some things and I would like to ask for opinions before doing so.

1. Headlight Bulb Replacement
I would like to replace the headlight bulbs as they are not as bright as I want them to be. I have read that Silverstar Ultra are great. Can anyone confirm this?
Also, the right headlight cover seems to be "yellowish" as compared to the left side. Can this be cleaned or do I have to replace my headlight assembly? I saw a BLACK headlight set assembly in eBay and they look amazing. Are these advisable replacements? = image below

2. Jumpy start (acceleration)
Accelerator pedal is hard to push AT TIMES. I saw in the forum that the throttle body should be cleaned. Problem is, I do not know how. It seems difficult with the re-learn process of the accelerator pedal. Now, can STP or other fuel injector/chamber cleaning additives do the trick?

3. Seat belt Locks up (passenger side)
Seat belt tends to lock up for no apparent reason. No hard braking or sudden movements. Any ideas on how to fix this?

4. Door Locks
Second row right side door lock does not go with the other locks. I have to manually lock/unlock it. Any ideas on how to fix it? How to remove the door cover to expose the inside mechanisms?

I apologize for the numerous questions. I would really appreciate it if you could give me an insight on these issues.

Thank you very much.

1.Silverstar makes pretty good bulbs , the yellowish tint u see is probably cause its dirt build up. u can buy this headlight restore at autozone and just follow the direction(i used that on my head lights and its pretty good.) now its no guarantee cause the headlight might be too bad. i wouldnt suggest getting all black headlight since u might need to get brighter lights in order for u to see clearly, a black housing should be alright but thats for u to decide.
2.get techron it good stuff but that will only clean your fuel system like stp fuel sys cleaner. autozone or any local parts store sells some TB cleaner it should have directions(sorry i never used that stuff)
3. check this link it might help Knowledgebase - 1999 Pathfinder - Nissanhelp.com

1. Ultras are a good bulb IMO, I put them on my 97 and it improved the lighting a good amount.

2. Any good cleaner will work, I prefer seafoam personally...all you have to do to get to the throttle "plate" is removed the intake tube right where it connects to the throttle body, you can then easily tell if the "plate" is covered with some buildup or not

For the rest I dont know, but I hope this helps...enjoy your pathfinder

Thank you very much for your help.

I will try to clean the headlight lens cover first, then check to see if I need to replace the lights, although, I will replace it anyways, safety always matters.

Appreciate your help.
