Thanks Nissan Tech. Can you recommend a site to buy them?

Before buying the part at the Nissan Dealer I did an electrical diagnosis just to rule out any electrical problems. It may have been overkill, but just to make sure I was putting my $ into the right investment. Everything checked out so I replaced the solenoid, and some 400 miles later the light went off! I was surprised it took so long for it to go off, but I am thankful nonetheless. I know I saved some serious $ doing it myself and doing things in the correct order.
Thanks for the help, NissanTech Hope this helps other owners with their own P1140 issue. Infinitiwoes no more! |

I also have the P1145 code on my 'O2Pathfinder. I replaced 2 O2 sensors today and codes P0138/P0159 both cleared, leaving me with the P1145 code. I am confused though...should I replace the Camshaft Position Sensor or the Variable Valve Timing Position Sensor (or are they the same thing?) I just had the oil changed about 500 miles ago and this fault has been there much longer than that. Thanks for any help/advice.

01 Pathfinder P1140 code
Does anyone know a good place to order a new intake valve timing control sensor for bank 1? All of the auto parts stores around are saying it has to be ordered. I checked Rock auto and they have camshaft position sensor but not the one I need. Any ideas would be appreciated!!
