My dealer, Amity Nissan in Amityville, NY always, I think treated me fairly. Until 1 year ago when I bought a used 2001 Pathfinder. (I previously owned a 1997 Pathfinder). About 3 months after I bought the vehicle, I had a problem with the transmission. I thought it was the transfer case but the dealer told me that it was the rear diff. which I allowed them to change. After picking up the vehicle, about 1 mile from the dealer, the car stalled. They came and took it back to the service and then proceeded to tell me that it was the transfer case that was bad and that the rear diff could possibly have caused the transfer case to go bad or vice versa. They then wanted 3500$ for this repair in addition to the 1600$ I paid for the rear diff. I took my vehicle from them and basically helped my friend install a used transfer case we picked up from a salvage. I WILL NOT recommend them to anyone. I even wrote letters to the main office without any reply.

I have had great experiences from my local Nissan dealership in Troy, AL. I own a 1998 Pathfinder and have brought it there to get several things fixed. They always charge a fair price and when I leave I know wholeheartedly that my problem has been solved correctly. The employees are very courteous and helpful. I will always return to them when I need routine maintenence or parts replaced!!

Hudson Nissan in Jersey City, see Rui he is a good guy and fair. He restored my faith in having my Pathfinder worked on at the dealer.
