Question 02 Pathfinder - windows roll themselves down

I have an 02 Pathfinder SE with 137,000 miles.

Today, when I turned off the engine and opened the driver's door, the front windows on both sides rolled themselves down. I rolled them back up and turned off the engine while the driver's door was open. They rolled themselves down after I removed the key. Same thing when I tried it from the passenger side. I then closed the front door, went in the back seat and turned on the car to roll up the windows. Turned off the car, and SUCCESS! They didn't roll down. But when I came out 1/2 hour later, I found both windows down. Ultimately, I pulled the fuse to keep them up. And locked the car with my aftermarket alarm's remote

About an hour later I went outside to make sure the windows were still closed. Pulled on the door handle but hadn't pressed the unlock button on the remote. The door opens, having unlocked itself prior, and the alarm goes off. It won't turn off with the remote or the kill button under the dash. Eventually it stops, but the power door locks don't work

Does pulling the window fuse also disable the power door locks?? What would be causing the windows to operate themselves?? Do I need a mechanic or an exorcist??

UPDATE

The remote seems to arm and disarm the alarm correctly.

Does the fuse for the windows also control the power locks? If so, then that explains why the doors don't lock when I press the button (inside door switch is not working either)

Could it be the power window relay that is the culprit???
