Help!! Brake lights not working....
I was outside when my wife left out to the store today when she stopped at the end of the driveway I noticed only the middle light was on, when she got back I went outside to check it out and sure enough the tail lights don't come on when braking, I turned on the lights and they come on but still don't light up brighter when I press the brake peddal.
My only guess would be the relay under the hood or could it be something else maybe the Brake Stop switch? If someone can give me some help that would be great I don't feel safe driving it like this. |

Check the brake light fuse first, if ok check and replace the rear bulbs, have seen both bulbs to be blown and if this ok check the brake switch using info from the knowledge base section on this forum

I would think if the brake light fuse is out or if the brake switch had an issue, the third brake light wouldn't illuminate. I would suspect bad bulbs in the tail lamps, faulty multifunction switch or a circuit issue between the multifunction switch and the tail lamps.
