Default changing the water pump 95 pathfinder

ok, I know I have to take off the timing belt, and now I have most of it tore down, I got the crank pulleys off, but I have to take off the main center bolt on the crank, when I do, the belt turns, not allowing me to turn just the bolt, anyone know how I can stop this so I can get it off? thank you

I pulled this from your Service Manual Section LC - ENGINE LUBRICATION AND COOLING SYSTEM.

Hope this helps...

ok, now I have the bolt out but having no luck removing the balancer or whatever it is that the pulleys were bolted to, still need to remove that to get off the timing belt, any ideas?

Shoot some rust penetrant inside the balancer to start. You can use two large screwdrivers or pry bars to get it off. Be careful if you bend the timing cover, to bend it back into place. I have also had to use a three jaw puller to get some of them off.
