Default Murano Tires

Time to change tires on 2007 Murano. Original tires done 33,000 miles but now have excesive road noise.
Anybody have any news on the "Michelin Cross Terrain SUV Tire"?
I was thinking of Yokohama but the Michelin seems good.

Replaced tires on my 2004 Murano SE AWD 2 years ago. Decided I wanted a little more rubber on the road and went with a 255/60R18 Kumho Road Venture. The tire diameter on the Kumho is exactly the same as is on the 235/65R18 OEM tire so there are no problems with speedometer errors, etc. and there is plenty of clearance. The car handles much better now in both dry and wet conditions and road noise is minimal. I have about 20,000 miles on the tires now and have about 60% tread left. I have been very pleased with my decision.

Good information. I am about ready for my 2nd set of replacement tires and will consider the Kumhos. I have used them on my Altima and was very pleased with them so they will probably be the way I go for my next set for the Murano. FYI before you purchase try tirerack.com. I ordered my last set about 5pm one day and they were delivered the next morning. Really good service.

Has anyone tried the Toyo Open Country H/T on their Murano? I am ready to replace my OE tires. I have a 2007 Murano as well. Not sure exactly what to go with. I have seen alot of Murano drivers try the Kumho Solus KR21's on tirerack. Anybody have an opinion??
