Default 2006 Maxima abs problem/question

My scanner says no signal from drivers side abs sensor. I can hear the abs pump humming for a few seconds after starting the car. After driving about a block or so it hums again and my slip, abs and tcs lights come on. I've changed the hub and sensor with no luck. I'm going to check the harness to the sensor to the plug under the rear axle for signal. Can anyone tell what I should be looking for signal wise? Is it a 0 to 1vdc or ac pulse? From there I'm going to check at the abs module if I can actually unplug the harness connector from the unit. Failing that I'll have change the abs module. Any help would be appreciated.

Bernard
