if the hard start continue to persist, suggest you do the following:
1. make sure there's no intermittent disconnection (breaks) of wiring between the ckps (ref) & the sub-connector on top of the engine block. replacing these wiring could be difficult because it's routed in tight spot & the possibility of getting caught by the ps system.

2.code 1335 could also be caused by slow speed of the starter motor due to insufficient current flow between the battery & the starter motor body caused by poor ground. use 3 #10 awg (of equal length & as short as possible) in parallel. use # 10 O-ring terminals for each, & connect to the negative terminal of the battery, bunch the other ends with #6 O-ring & connect it to the most accessible mounting bolt of the transmission body to the engine block. make sure both sides of the washer, the mating surfaces of the bolt head with the washer & the transmission body with the washer shiny clean. (you may also connect to one of the starter mounting bolts & make sure all mating surfaces are shiny clean as previously described.)

the main negative cable is bolted to the engine block. imo, the grounding connection from the engine block to the transmission body, is through the mounting bolt (threaded to the engine block), through the mating surfaces with the bolt head with the washer, & through the mating surfaces of the washer & the transmission body. if there's oxidation (corrosion) to those (mating surfaces) poor ground could result. the mounting ear holes of the transmission body for the mounting bolts are quite big. imo, there may not be physical contact with the mounting bolt shank & transmission body, hence no electrical connection. (alternatively, you don't need to add ground wires as long as you can make all those mating surfaces of the washers, bolt head & transmission body shiny cleaned, but it could be a pita.)

Problem solved. Shredded p/s belt damaged Cranck Sensor harness so Had it replaced all the way back to the ECM. Starts and runs great again. Shop said the 2 wires from the CPS were roached all the way back to the connector at the computer.

Turns out that replacing the 2 crank sensor wires all the back to the Engine Control Module fixed the problem. Harness must have gotten damaged and shorted when the p/s belt came apart.
