Hello I have a '95 GLE Maxima,Blk w/18's! It also has this problem.
So did you try replacing EGI/ECM Relay? If so,Did it correct P1320 problem? As you're on ur search to soon bring closure to this can you post and update corrective action

Hey it's Blaxima again and forgot to add another tip to mention of ur P1320 ign.1 problem,Did you check fuel rail pressure? Low fuel pressure will trigger this dtc also w/a P0300 code too! Disconnect vacuum line from fuel
regulator and plug it,Then on ign. and test fuel pressure
there should be around 40psi. Any lwr. than that replace
fuel pump. O! and did you try replacing all six injectors?
These are known commonly to eat injectors like crazy due to it's side feed design. It overheats over time.
