Default 2001 maxima Programming of USED ECM

i have 2001 maxima and as you may already know IACC stuck and it toasted the ecm so i bought a new one of the same type now i wonder if i could programm it myself to start the vehicle or i have to go to "Dealer" to have it programmed, i have two keys for it (one black and one purple).

what exactly we programm , only immobiliser right ?

Please let me know how to do it without Consult.

Unfortunately the only solution is to installed the ECM to your Maxima and then tow the vehicle to the dealer and have them reprogram the ECM there.

where did you get the ECM? and how much did you pay for it? I have the same problem and I live 800 km away from a nissan dealer.
