Default replace passenger side motor mount?

I have a 2003 Maxima and want to replace this motor mount. Looking at it the right side has the bolt on the bottom and dont see any way to get a socket or wrench on it with some leverage to loosen it. Any one know the answer?

If it is anything like the 2000, I got that one from the bottom with a deep socket, a universal joint and a long extension bar. I did soak everything with PB blaster the night before, as I think that it helps a lot with stubborn nuts and bolts.
