Default 2006 maxima headlight problem

My driver side headlight is not working, I was told by someone that the maxima has two seperate bulbs (the high beam and low beam) so I figure more then likely that it is a fuse but the only problem I cannot find the dam fuse I have looked in the fuse box on the driver side as well as the one under the hood next to the battery. Am I just missing it? where is it and which one is it?

Oh and if anyone knows if there is just one bulb for both the high and low beams then let me know, obviously in that case i need to change the bulb.

The fuses for the headlight are in the IPDM E/R (Intelligent Power Distribution Module Engine Room). To access the IPDM you have to remove the coolant reservoir. See attached image for instruction on how to remove the IPDM, but you only need to remove the cover to check the fuse.
