Spray a good penentrating fluid aroung the area of the axle and lugs and let set. From the back side take a bfh and give it a good whak. It should come right off.Torque member(caliber housing) is retained by to large bolts located on the back side. These bolts come from the factory with locktight on the threads and will require a bit of muscle to remove. You must remove the torque member inorder to remove the brake disk.
