Pull the plastic trim off at the passenger kick panel. You will find a white plastic piece with a bunch of wiring connections. Look at the wires at the back of those connections. You will find a loose plug not connected to anything ( it may be taped to the harness). Plug your relay jumper harness into it and then put the relays in the open space on the white plastic piece.

Don't confuse the kick panel with the sill plate. The kick panel is the one close to the dash not the long skinny one that runs along the door.

Thumbs down

I have a new Rogue which is suppose to come with trailer hitch prewiring per window sticker, I cannot find these wires, this website says I've downloaded the NTB, I have never seen it, it does not exist on this Pc, can some one help, either instruct me on this website's use or tell me where to find the wiring the dealer service manager cannot even guide me to!

The bulletin only shows the wire configuration, not the locations of the harness connector.

The harness connector should be around the tow hitch.

Here is what the bulletin shows:

Thank you, this should at least give wire colors to look for.

Question

 I am totally confused on the whole Pre-Wiring issue with the Rogue. Yes, my Rogue SL window sticker reads "Tow Hitch Pre-Wiring" but what does that mean? I didn't order the towing package so no hitch or wiring came with my Rogue. I assumed pre-wiring meant that my Rogue would come with a flat 4 pin connector tucked away somewhere. Well I have thoroughly searched my vehicle and it's not to be found. I have read on other forums that there really is no pre-wiring and that I have to purchase a $160 trailer wiring harness from Nissan. Can anyone shed any light on this?
