I get a noise when backing out of the driveway and I think it comes from the front - any way this is related? If not, any idea what it could be?

This bulletin is for a noise coming from the trunk are and not from the front. Your problem may be related to the front struts. Is your Sentra still under warranty? you should have the dealer take care of the problem.
