Default 2009 Nissan 2.5 Altima Oil in one spark plug hole

It appears the oil is coming from the gasket around the spark plug hole. Are the gaskets replacable on this year or do I need to replace the valve covers?

You have to replace the valve cover, Nissan P/N: 13264-JA00A
The good news is that it's not that expensive.
