Post Hello to the Forum

New Guy on deck. 24 Year Marine Corps Veteran now working for a Defense Contractor. Mechanically inclined, build furniture and solve kinematic equations as a hobby.

I have 38K miles on the odometer of my 2005 Nissan Titan 4x4 LE CC. I don't drive it every day, its more like the "estate" duty vehicle when things need hauling.

Joined to see what other folks are doing with their Titans. I have been lucky I guess from reading all the posts with all the trial and tribulations some are having. The worst for me was the brake judder... until the dealer replaced the rotors and pads up front and pads in the rear; that was until the rotors rusted so bad it could barley stop the truck. I probably should have driven it more and let it sit less. Replaced all rotors and pads and I can stop now.
Installed Leer Camper top on back and it looks like an extended Armada, looks good. Run Mobile-1 synthetic every 5K miles with no issues. Original tires need replacing soon.... All else is nominal... except for the front bumper (following a little to close one day...) Gotta get that fixed. I bought the bumper and an Aires Bull Bar and will figure out how to get the old one off and the new one on this weekend; nuts and bolts, should be easy. Any recommendations on a grill insert? I have been looking and aluminum billet is obscenely expensive and stainless never stops shining.

Anyway, glad to meet you all. I hope to be of some help to the community here along the way.
