Default Nissan sales keeps going down

Nissan North America said Tuesday its January U.S. sales dropped 29.7 percent, as the ongoing economic slump continued to cut into demand for its and other automakers' vehicles.

Here is the sales chart:

But with the prices of many of the domestic models dropping more all the time it doesn't help anyone. It hurts the used car market, when the new models with no miles cost a little more than the used versions. And why give full price for a Nissan or Toyota, when the domestics keep making deals. Who cares if no one will answer the phones in a few years, you can get a smokin deal on a brand new chevy or dodge right now.
