Found out the fuse block has no power at the fuel injectors.

Fuses in the fuse block usually get their power from the fusible links by the battery. Check your fusible links. If they are good, get a power distribution wiring diagram from the service manual and find the link that provides power the the fuse box for that fuse. If there is power through the appropriate fusible link, then check for where it enters the back of the fuse block. If no power there, you'll have to trace the open in the circuit. If there is power at the back of the fuse block, there there is likely an internal open within the fuse block.

Wouldn't having a bad fusable link cause the engine not to turn over?

There are multiple fusible links. Only if the blown link powered something in the starter circuit would it cause the engine to not turn over.

Checked the fusable link. It is good.
