You need to read code from my experience. That will get you started. Good luck.

Well i got one from Global auto of Miami very reasonable but after installing it my idle is rough the truck runs good at speed but i can't get the smooth idle i had prior to MAF issue. I tried disconnecting the battery overnight but still rough after a little while also tried disconnecting the sensor throwing the code reinstalling clearing code and idling for ten minutes for computer to relearn idle but no help anyone have any other ideas except getting another sensor?
Thanks for all the help

Do you get a SES light? You should if there's an isolatable problem.
If you think your replacement MAF is OK, the AIC valve controls the engine idle speed based on feedback from the MAF or MAP sensors. Sometimes the AIC plugs up and it can be cleaned with carb cleaner. Also look for air leaks from the throttle inlet to airfilter box - these unbalance the flow measured by the MAF.

What engine does your truck have - the V6 or the I4?
