downloading files and subscription issue..

I'm a new member (register user) here in nissanhelp.com..under the register user but not subscriber we are allowed 2 files/day so i try to download file unfortunately a message error pop up..[error...the file is destroyed cannot be repaired..]...so i try to download file for the 2nd time an error pop up again..so i consumed already my 2 files allowance for download but in reality no downloading of files was done . This is now my problem when i try to download again a message bulletin from nissanhelp pop up--- sorry,you do not have sufficient download allowance at the moment... but i did not received any file during my download for the reason that it has an error during my download..by the way sir if i'm going to subscribe HOW/WHERE should i pay the amount, I'm living here in the Philippines..thank you..

What file are you trying to download?

Unfortunately I can't reset the downloads for today, you have to wait 24 to try again, but please let me know what file is it to tested.

I downloaded two manual files and both won't open. "There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired."

try it again or try updating your adobe. it worked for me except i dont know the 1st manual you are talking about, unless ua re trying to download the whole manual which you cant unless u are subscribed

I had the same problem, when I highlighted the file I wanted to download a pop-up came up and said rightclick to save,but when you save if you hit save link it will not savethe file you want just the link to the file.

That's your browsers issue, not the site. You are not suppose to highlight the link, just click the link or the floppy disc icon. Once you click the icon a window should come up asking you to open or save the file, select "save" and save it anywhere in you computer.
