Windows down feature of Intelligent Key

I am having problems with unintended activation of features on the intelligent Key fob. The problems are locking and unlocking of the doors, releasing the trunk, activation the panic alarm, and rolling the windows down. I can put up with all of these actions with the exception of the windows. I have heard of owners who had this happen during a rain storm and I am concerned about that also. The problem seems to be initiated by pressure on the fob in my or my wife's pants pockets. At least there seems to be some correlation.
Anyways, I want to disable the down window feature on the unlock button. Can someone tell me how to do this or how I can get my dealer's service department to program that feature out of existence?
Thanks Don
