I bought a set from my other car a few years back and can't remember what the name of the store was in CA. IT CAME IN A BOX WITH THE 2 FRONTS AND REARS WITH THE COILS AS WELL.

Have an '02 altima 3.5se which I bought new.I have been religious in my maintenance including oil and filter changes using german castrol full synthetic oil.In the last 10-12 months I have developed a mysterious oil loss problem with no obvious oil burning symptoms or leakage signs. At this point I am losing about 1 qt. in 2000mi. Car has headers, so not a precat issue.Have read on Nissan Enthusiast Forums that this may be valve cover seal issue around sparkplug well usually on the bank nearest the firewall, the hardest to check without removing intake manifold. Any input?

Just bought a low mile '03 Xterra SE S/C. When I'm driving at night with the headlights in the low beam position, oncoming cars constantly flash their brights at me as if I have mine on. When I switch to my highbeams (indicator comes on) they stop flashing me. To me, it appears the lights are working normally. Could it be an aiming issue? Is there a way that the switch could be reversed?

Any insights?
Thanks!

hi all!
i am trying to find out if anyone knows what other models brakes will work on a 2000 gxe. i need (used) calipers (and a rotor), because the car has 220,000 miles on it, and i just want to keep it going for now. i know where there are plenty of altimas, (which look exactly alike) but for some reason the sentras don't make it to this junkyard. i don't want to waste money on trying the altimas, only to find out something is different. if anyone can help me with what brakes will work, i am forever grateful!

Is that some kinda breather? Only one end is connected to the transmission and the other one doesnt connect to anything. It only hangs on the side of the air filter box. Is this where it's supposed to be? What is it for?

I have changed my plugs which was quite a experience getting to the rear 3 plugs but found a nice thread to help out. The old plugs were so worn, i couldnt believe the car was running so well or even running at all,( there gaps were huge with the center prong burned way down). I expected to start getting alot better gas mileage after replacing these but actually think Im getting less. Im averaging about 21mpg with alot of highway driving, thought i should be getting alot better.
question?
Do I need to reset the ECM after changing the plugs?
Do I need to have the timing adjusted? if so, where do you advance and retard
What mileage should i be getting?
Any suggestions on how to improve MPG?

Thank you,
