Default Removing ABS fuse because of ABS activating all time below 20 mph

Hey Guys, I have a 2003 Altima 2.5 SL and everytime and when driving if a hit the break it does the normal thing but when my speed is lower than 20 mph there is the buzz of the ABS engaging as well as the vibrating break pedal and the obvious sound that goes along with it. So I know I have to check abs sensors for rust built up and to drive my car with a scanner connected to determine the faulty sensor but while i get the money to do so I would like you to help me to disable the ABS or to get the ABS fuse out so it won't burn my ABS actuator and it won't be making the sound, vibration and buzzing. Any one? help?

Default

Disconnect one of the abs sensors. It will disable the system.
