You should call the Nissan Consumer Affairs Office at (800) 647-7261. They may send an specialist or send you to a different dealer.

Thank you both for your responses. Yes, the lemon law is coming very close into play here in MS with trips as well as days out of commission. I shall contact Consumer Affairs tomorrow.
I am very uneasy now about having this vehicle in my possession and I do not trust the reliability or dependability of it. I am afraid to drive it out of town now for I wonder about my safety. Where and what time will it be the next time I have to be towed in? Again, many thanks! Maybe I should invest in a nice scooter??
