Default 08 Altima Starting problems

Please help....
New purchase Feb. 23, 2008 Altima SL, 4 cylinder, automatic....drove 2 weeks; would not start. Dealer kept for week and replaced starter on March 14 and car was picked up on Good Friday, drove out of town Saturday, and guess what? On Easter..it would not start. Had to be towed by wrecker to Dealer on Monday. ECM was replaced on 3/26 Wednesday....now Service Manager says there is a code showing up that it has a CLUTCH problem~?!? He wants to keep it until the middle of next week?~!?
I have driven my car for only 18 days since Feb. 23.
Any advice from knowledgeable gentlemen and ladies....please?~!?

I belive that you've got a lemon.

See this website for some advise on how to proceed: Lemon Law Guide » What you need to do before filing a Lemon Lawsuit

It's a little different per state so your gonna have to follow the process for your state.

You should call the Nissan Consumer Affairs Office at (800) 647-7261. They may send an specialist or send you to a different dealer.

Default Thank you...

Thank you both for your responses. Yes, the lemon law is coming very close into play here in MS with trips as well as days out of commission. I shall contact Consumer Affairs tomorrow.
I am very uneasy now about having this vehicle in my possession and I do not trust the reliability or dependability of it. I am afraid to drive it out of town now for I wonder about my safety. Where and what time will it be the next time I have to be towed in?
Again, many thanks! Maybe I should invest in a nice scooter??
