Ok, just finished it...wow! It wasn't that bad once you get an idea how the sensor is positioned. Once you take out the hose from the air box to the throttle body and look straight down after the last intake runner, you can see it and it's not bad at all, no special tools required at all, didn't even need a swivel joint. After I replaced it, and tried to start it, it still wouldn't kick over and I was like "WTF?!?!?" I then erased the codes with my scanner, gave it some gas and it turned over the second time, it did take a bit, but it turned over. Took it for a spin around the block and it ran smooth, before the replaced sensor, the car seemed like it was bogging, like it was starving for fuel, but now the pick up is back to normal.
Oh, I bought the sensor at Auto Zone for $35, and it is the one with the metal housing :) All in all took me about a half hour to finish everything up :)
