Wiring Diagram- 98,99,00,01 Mass Airflow Sensor

Does such a diagram exist? I messed up the 3 solder joints and resistors when trying to remove the sensor the incorrect way...should have researched it first. So, before I shopped for a new one, if I knew the value of the resistors on the cct board I could possibly repair it at my workplace.
