Default P0420 2003 Altima

Hi All.
I love My Altima but last year I had evap issues, cost a few hundred to get it through NYSI.
well shortly After that the light came back on with The 0420. Catalyst efficiency.
Car still runs and drives great with or without the light on but NYSI will be due again Grr.
So I did alot of research last year and ended up buying a new header pipe, 2 o2 sensors, and 2 non foulers.
It has the oil burning issue caused by the precat issue which I am well aware of.
I am very happy about how easy the pipe was to replace, hardest part was removing the alternator (easy)
I am hoping the light will go out.
Has anyone had any experience with this? I will be starting to drive it again in October.
