Default 2006 Nissan Altima Timing Belt/Chain

My 2006 Altima (4 cyl.) has 100k miles on it. Should I be thinking about replacing the timing belt/chain? How big a job is it? Should I take it to the dealer? Is it a belt or a chain?

Thanks!

The Altima has a timing chain. There is no scheduled maintenance for that part. No need to change it unless there is a problem.
