Starter Relay location

I'm trying to locate the starter relay on a 2005 Altima. The starter will not engage when trying to start, but if you pull out the starter fuse (40 amp) an reinstall it will start each time, leads me to believe it is the relay.

The relay is in the IPDM (Intelligent Power Distribution Module), which is located next to the coolant reservoir in the engine compartment.
