Nissan Altima 03 Idle Speed too LOW
on the service manual that i have it says, that the normal idle speed should normally 700rpm.. mines is normale 500 and below, sometimes i think the car is going to shut down, and it starts vibrating, 'cuase is to low, i've done the THROTTLE POSITION LEAR AND IDLE PROCEDURES, MANY TIMES and is still the same... i wonder what is the problem... can anybody help me with this??

Your DTC is P0506. That's opposite of mine which is higher idle P0507. Page EC-371 of the service manual list the possible cause; intake air leak (after the MAF), and the throttle actuator. Check your PCV valve also.

You may need to relearn the ECM for the idle. If you cleaned the throttle body or did anyrepairs to the head gaskets idle or throttle sensors this has to be done also check and seee if the throttle body is carboned up.
