Default Cylinder numbers

Hey, new to the forums here. I'm also new to Nissans. I tried a quick search but had no luck, I was wondering if someone can tell me how the cylinders are numbered on the QR25DE. I have a P0301 and am just trying to figure out which cylinder that is. Thanks in advance.

Thanks! Now what cylinder is it on the engine itself? Sorry for such a rookie question, but I'm more familiar bigger engines.
I'm assuming the #1cylinder is the one on the left, open hood view?

#1 cylinder should be the cylinder to the left if you are standing in front of the vehicle looking into the engine compartment.
