Default Power Outlet and Cigarette Outlet Does Not Work

Does anyone know why my cigarette outlet and power outlet in the armrest console does not work? I checked out the fuses that I think are for the outlets, they look fine. I checked the electrical parts and power fuses under the steering wheel. Everything else in the car works except for those outlets. Please help. Gio_Almaraz@Yahoo.com. I have a 2007 Nissan Altima.
Thanks,
Gio

Check them with your ignition switch on.

You should check all of the fuses with a test light. There are some in the car and some under the hood. A visual inspection does not always work.

I have a 2007 nissan altima 3.5sl and both my outlets in the central console and next to cd changer went out. when i plug in a radar or phone charger it powers on for a slight second and immediately turns off and i checked all fuses every single one. any idea what can be wrong? and how to fix it?
