Question '99 Altima Front Bearing Problem

A year and a half ago I bought a used Altima aware that the Front Drivers side bearing was bad. So, I took it to NAPA and got a new bearing and had NAPA's machine shop press it in. Put it back together, ran fine.
Two days ago, I noticed that the bearing is bad again. Same side. I've only put like 15K miles on the car since I got It. The bearing was only under warranty for 12 months or 12K miles whichever came first.
So my question to anyone is, Is this just a crappy bearing from NAPA or is something bigger going on. Obviously, I need to get a new bearing and I wonder should I buy the Nissan one from the dealer? What would cause the same bearing to go bad so quick?
Thanks!

There is not an easy answer, the are so many things that can cause the bearing to go bad.
-Low bearing quality
-Poor installation
-Damage knuckle
-Other suspension parts damage
-Bent wheel
-Driving condition

All could have contributed for the premature worn out of the bearing, specially for a 14 year old vehicle.

If you are asking if is a bad suspension design by Nissan, then the answer is no. There is no a flaw on the wheel bearing design of the 1999 Altima.
