Can some let me know how to route the engine belt?

This might be a stupid question......but...if you are going to replace it, why not just draw on a piece of paper how its routed.

Sometimes the Gates Hose and Belt website (www.gates.com) has routing diagrams.

Good idea ... should work out well. The belts on the 3.5 are easy ... the 4 cylinder is more complicated. Original post didn't specify which engine.
