Question EVAP P0445 Altima Help

MY BAD IT'S A P0455
Car is beginning to start rough. Find myself having to use the pedal to get past the chugging point. Replaced fuel cap. No change. Checked control valve with 12v and I could hear it clicking. I did not take it off to test.
Did find that the female connector that slides into the EVAP Control valve has a corner knocked out. It doesn't look dirty so I thought it may be okay???
Do I need to take that valve out to thoroughly test it?
Do I need to replace that connection, Im assuming it's a harness and not as easy as just replacing the connector itself?
Is there something else I should look at?

I don't think you need to take the valve out or replaced the connector. Just reconnect and use a plastic zip tie to resecure the connector.
