Cant get to transmission pan bolts!!
The frame of the altima is directly under the transmission pan on my 06 altima 2.5. Which motor/trans mounts do I need to disconnect to jack the motor up to access the trans pan bolts?????thanks

I am looking for the same answers. my trany pan on my 2006 altima got cracked open when something hit it and i need to get this this off so i can get back on the road.

Unbolt the left side of the subframe and let it come down. You can remove the bolts from the front and rear motor mounts for more clearance.

do you have any pictures? this is the first time i have ever done this and i can't find a manual at any autozone or parts store.
also are you talking about left as in driver side or passenger side |

Thank you mpe235 I really appreciate your help. searched for hours trying to find out how to do this. not much detailed info for this job out there. I will be glad to be back on the road in my 05 again,having to ride in dads civic and the ride is not as smooth.
