Default 2001 Altima: Where is the tension-release located?

Hello everyone,

The alternator recently went out in my 2001 Altima (4-cyl, 2.4 L). I figured I could replace it myself, but overestimated my mechanical abilities, obviously. I understand the whole process of extracting and replacing the bad alternator, but I am having a hard time finding the darn tension-release loosen the belt and remove the alternator...please help! Thank you very much!

The adjusting bolt is on the alternator it self. See attached image

NissanTech-

Thanks for the great image! So I was right before, when I began trying to loosen the bolt on the tension pully? I just figured it was wrong, because the bolt was EXTREMELY TIGHT- so tight I wasn't able to get it off with the wrench I was using...I'm a little confused...I appreciate your help very much! Thank you!
