There is a buzzing / whining noise coming from one or both secondary timing chain /camshaft sprocket areas. The noise may increase with engine speed (RPM).

The vehicle 12 volt battery is an important part of the vehicle electrical system and is required to stay connected when the engine is running.
VARIOUS NISSAN MODELS; LOW AIRFLOW FROM HVAC FRONT AIR VENTS
An Applied Vehicle has low airflow coming from the HVAC front air vents due to evaporator freeze-up.
AND
The HVAC unit surface temperature around the evaporator is about 32°F (0°C) causing ice to form on the evaporator.
