2004–2009 NISSAN QUEST; POWER BACK DOOR WILL NOT OPEN/CLOSE AND MAKES NOISE
While operating the power back door (lift gate),
• The power motor will not open or close the door,
and/or
• There is a grinding and popping noise inside the rear trim panel.

The Purpose of this bulletin is to give Nissan dealers guidelines to help determine if windshield breakage is covered under warranty or is the customer’s responsibility.

DTC P0116 (Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor) is stored in the ECM and there are no other vehicle driveability symptoms
2007-2008 NISSAN QUEST; SRS LIGHT “ON” WITH DTC B1134 STORED.
• An “open circuit” DTC code of SIDE MODULE LH [OPEN] [B1134] is stored in the SRS control unit.
• The connector of the Front LH Side Air Bag (SAB) module is not attached to the rear
riser
• The connector is disconnected (either completely or partially).
• There is no clearly visible damage to the connector and/or harness.
ALL NISSAN MODELS; ACCESSORY WHEEL LOCKS INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL
Accessory wheel locks, wheel lock keys, or vehicle wheels that are damaged due to improper installation or removal will not be considered a manufacturer defect and will not be covered under warranty.
ALL NISSAN MODELS; UPDATE TO AT/CVT TERMINOLOGY IN SERVICE MANUALS
The terminology for Automatic Transmission ("AT") and Continuously Variable Transmission ("CVT") in the Nissan Service Manuals is being updated to reflect the terminology in SAE J1930 and J2012.
2007-2009 ALL NISSAN MODELS; IPDM SERVICE
The Intelligent Power Distribution Module (IPDM) is ONLY serviceable as an assembly.
The ONLY serviceable parts of an IPDM are the fuses.
