I tried that today. Doesn't seem to help any. Going up, it goes up about 2 inches then it's like it hits a stop...If I pull it up by hand (while holding button down) about two more inches, then it seems to get going again and raises to the top...but slowly...

I'm wondering if maybe I have some crap stuck in the track, or the riser...Can't see or feel any, but can't see inside the door...Haven't taken panel off yet...
