You can change the belt without the tool. Get a small phillips head screwdriver. On the tensioner you will see two spots with holes. Pull the front (long) part of the belt toward you when standing in front of the car until both holes line up and put the screwdriver through the holes. This will hold the tensioner.Take the old belt off and reinstall the new one. When you are done pull on the belt again and remove the screwdriver.
