Yes, the P0102 is definitely related to the Idle Learning procedure, but on the step 6 of the procedure it ask you to erase the codes. Just clear the code you will be fine.

I never done that but it wouldn't hurt to try.

I had the same problem with a Maxima. We changed all sensors, reprogram ECM, flush injectors, intake, etc. and the code keep coming back. Finally we found a very small hole, about 2 mm in diameter, close to the O2 sensor location, we plug the hole that fixed the problem.
