Based on my own experience. You have to change both of the sensors. Cam and Crank. Codes will be cleared by the mechanic at Pep boys. You can remove the camshaft by your self. Read the discussion and you will find some pics. In order to remove the old sensor you have to do a scissor grip with your own fingers. I used my index finfer on the middle to hold the sensor. a slight push into it, the middle and the thumb should be your fingers doing all the work. Remmember removing the green clip is just like removing a large paper clip, It has some ressistance.

I changed my sensors arround 80K and I am close to 95K and no problems. Good luck. PS. It is a must, you have to buy the sensors from Nissan Dealer..
