I have a similar problem with my '05 Sentra. Only when its been parked for a short period of time (maybe a few hours). If I pump the gas as I'm cranking and quit trying to start then crank again it fires up. Seems like a fuel problem.
I found a Service Bulletin NBT05-052a, "Long Engine Crank Before Starting" but download was messed up and will have to wait until tomorrow to download and read...
