I don't think the owners manual can help you with the problem. Instead you should download the "Electrical System" section of the service manual to try finding the problem. You can download the section free from here:

Try manually unlock the doors with the key and then try restarting the engine If that doesn't work try disconnecting the car battery first and then unlock the door.
