Due to the decision of the FCC to have a 0.2 MHz spacing between radio stations, and the fact that in the USA we don't have radio stations ending on even numbers, the radio manufactures sets the radio at the factory to move 0.2MHz. It is actually better, at least for me, to jump 0.2 instead of 0.1 so I don't have to press twice to find the station.

I think the vehicles design for other countries don't have that feature, since there are no regulations like the ones we have here.
