Glad to hear you had success in getting it fixed!! Way to go. I think that with people trying so many different approaches, the best thing to do is try and centralize things, e.g. write to the top. Carlos and his staff know exactly how many folks write and complain, just like politicians, and maybe, just maybe, they'll do something about it for the masses. Just my 2 cents.
