hey all,
it might be worth looking to the Better Business Bureau, as Nissan is a member of the BBB. i went all the way to arbitration, at which time Nissan decided to settle and covered the cost of my engine repair. i did have to sign a release stating that they are not at fault and their financial compensation is a one time event.
